(#36) THERMOMETER AVAILABLE WITHIN THE REACH-IN COOLER LOCATED BELOW THE SALAD COMPARTMENT (#38) DEAD BUGS REMOVED FROM LIGHT SHIELDS (#55) EXTENSIVE CLEANING HAS BEEN CONDUCTED THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY--NO EVIDENCE OF PESTS (DEAD OR ALIVE) FOUND (#55) UTILITY ROOM WALL TILES HAVE BEEN REPAIRED THE FACILITY HAS COMPLETED ITS DEEP CLEAN PROJECT.
